Let’s change
the way we feel about
hormonal changes

2 out of 3 women struggle in silence when facing hormonal changes, feeling misunderstood, unsupported or uninformed*.

It’s time to change this.

Vichy has partnered with the UK charity Wellbeing of Women, to create Hormonall: Together for Women’s Wellbeing, a movement to help every woman thrive at every stage of life - puberty, menstrual cycle, postpartum, menopause - by providing trustworthy sources of information for women, but not only them. This project is also dedicated to changing the status quo across the whole of society.

We have created four training modules that explain the science behind hormonal changes at each life stage, what impacts these changes can have, how to improve wellbeing and talk about hormonal experiences with confidence. Which life stage would you like to learn about? Scroll down and select a module to dive in and join the movement now!
